Welcoming Kinga Rozkrut to the team - Where Artistic Knowhow Meets Strategic Growth

Kinga joins OnstageAI as Director of Strategic Partnerships, working alongside CCO Simon M. Eder to support global adoption.
Trained as an orchestra and choral conductor, she brings a deep understanding of artistic workflows, from rehearsal dynamics to live performance. She holds degrees in Orchestra Conducting , Choral Conducting , and Managerial Econometrics, and is a recipient of the Scholarship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of Poland.
Most recently, Kinga served as Head of Orchestra Management at Sinfonia Varsovia, after 11 years as Head of Programming and Concert Production at the Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic in Szczecin, where she led initiatives including SOUNDLAB and the Music.Design.Form Festival.
She brings more than a decade of executive experience in music management and production, combining sector knowledge with a forward-looking approach.
