OnstageAI was proud to support a landmark cultural production in Barcelona marking the centennial of Antoni Gaudí’s death - a project that brought together Maestra Marin Alsop, London’s Philharmonia Orchestra, three choirs from Orfeó Català, and more than 200 musicians on stage.
For OnstageAI, this project was another important opportunity to demonstrate how our technology can support large-scale, artistically ambitious classical music productions. Events of this complexity require not only musical excellence, but also a highly reliable approach to capturing the performance in a way that preserves its artistic intent, emotional depth, and visual impact.
Our work focuses on automating high-quality concert video production while respecting the unique nature of live performance. In Barcelona, this meant supporting a production built around world-premiere works, a major international orchestra, multiple choirs, and a deeply symbolic artistic context.
Being part of a project of this scale reflects OnstageAI’s growing role in the future of classical music media. We are helping orchestras, festivals, and cultural institutions create professional video content more efficiently, making it easier to document, share, and extend the life of exceptional performances beyond the concert hall.
At its core, OnstageAI exists to serve music. Our technology is designed to reduce the operational complexity of video production, while allowing artistic teams to focus on what matters most: the performance, the musicians, and the audience experience.
The Gaudí centennial production in Barcelona was a powerful reminder of why this work matters. When technology is used thoughtfully, it can help preserve extraordinary artistic moments and make them accessible to wider audiences.
